As a mother, teacher, sister, friend, writer, lecturer, student, yogini, social worker, and caretaker, I am able to help you reveal your true potential with a variety of tools I’ve learned how to use from my many unique leadership roles. I believe that fundamentally, you are the key to unlocking your wildest dreams, and that you are capable of anything you set your mind to. Through a unique combination of one-on-one coaching and Yogic breath and body work, I will help support your emotional and physical well-being so that you can find success in your relationships, finances, and career.
